Tier 1: Space Planning – from $350 per standard room (up to 250 sq ft)
We’ll create a custom layout that maximizes square footage, improves traffic flow, and makes each room more functional and usable. Perfect if you need help with floorplans or rethinking how your space works.
Tier 2: Interior Design Plan – from $650 per standard room
Includes everything in Tier 1, plus a complete design plan. We’ll guide you through finishes, fixtures, color palettes, and furniture placement—helping you bring your vision to life with style and confidence.
Tier 3: Remodel Planning – from $950 per standard room
For homeowners planning renovations or larger updates. We’ll create a practical, design-driven plan that balances style, function, and budget. Ideal for remodels where construction and design must work hand-in-hand.

How Our Virtual Design Process Works
Our space planning and interior design services are completely virtual — making it easy, affordable, and convenient. Here’s how it works:
1. Measure Your Space
Don’t worry- you don’t need special tools. A tape measure, pen, and paper and our simple measurement guides are all you need.
- Grab a tape measure and sketch your room.
- Mark doors, windows, and any features that matter.
- Snap a photo of your sketch (and the room itself) and send it to us.
Tips: Measurements don’t need to be perfect — close is fine! We’ll confirm details before finalizing your plan.
2. Send Us Your Dimensions
You can submit your measurements and photos via email
We’ll review everything to make sure we have what we need to start.
3. Complete the Design Questionnaire
Next, we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to learn about your style, goals, and preferences. This helps us create a design that fits your lifestyle and vision.
4. We Get Started on Your Design
Once we have your measurements and questionnaire, we’ll begin creating your custom space plan, interior design plan, or remodel plan. All work is done virtually- so you can review updates and provide feedback at your convenience.
